InShift pricing: $1.99 per person a month

Free for one location and up to 10 people, payroll included, and Basic at $1.99 per person a month, $1.59 when paid yearly. People are billed in packs of 5. AI assistants and the API come at no extra charge, time tracking and equipment tracking are turned on as separate modules and are free for now, and POS integration is connected on request. Prices are in US dollars, excluding VAT. The first 30 days after sign-up run on Basic in full.

Every active person in the “Employees” list: those who can be put on the rota, the owner and managers included, with or without the app. Dismissed people do not count, so a seasonal worker can be dismissed for the off-season and brought back later. Trainees are not on the Basic invoice but count toward the Free plan limit.

Within the pack, nothing: 18 people in a pack of up to 20 can become 20 at no extra cost. Over the pack: 5 more seats from the next invoice, with no charge by days. The invoice takes the highest number of people in the past month, so someone who was on the list for a week and left is on the next invoice and gone from the one after.

$1.59 instead of $1.99 per person a month, one invoice for 12 months in packs of 5. New people above the paid seats go into the monthly invoice at the monthly price while there are more of them; for people who stay long, it is cheaper to buy seats until the end of the year at the yearly price, in whole months. A dismissed person's seat stays paid until the end of the year, and a new person takes it at no extra cost. A paid year is not refunded, and you can switch back to monthly from the renewal day.

The organization either pays for Basic or stays on Free: one location, up to 10 people including trainees, the rota for this week and next. The data and the rota stay where they are, and payroll stays on Free too.

No. The app for iPhone and Android comes with both plans for every employee, there is no charge per phone.

Yes. Free is not mandatory for a small team: Basic is sold for any number of people and billed in packs of 5, so four people pay for 5, that is $9.95 a month or $7.95 a month paid yearly, and it opens the rota with no time limit, unlimited locations and the modules.

No. Locations, departments and job positions are unlimited, the price depends on the number of people alone. A chain with 14 sites and 84 people pays for 85 people, 17 packs of 5, not for 14 sites.

Organizations in Europe pay in euros, everyone else outside Ukraine in US dollars; the currency on this page follows the country you are reading it from. Prices exclude VAT: a business registered for VAT in the EU or the UK puts its number on the invoice and accounts for the tax itself under the reverse charge.
